Returns of goods
If you are a consumer or a so-called privileged entrepreneur, you can withdraw from the online sales contract, without giving a reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product (receipt of the shipment). To meet this deadline, it is enough to write to us:

We will immediately confirm receipt of your withdrawal statement. Then send us the returned goods to the following address: Niezapominajek 1 B/7, 30-239 Kraków
After receiving the goods, we will refund your money immediately, no later than within 14 days. Remember that in the case of certain goods (e.g. perishable goods), the right to return does not apply. In the case of digital content, if you have given your consent and we have delivered the digital product to you immediately (before the expiry of 14 days) - the product cannot be returned. Complaints In the case of goods purchased from 01.01.2023, we are liable to consumers and so-called privileged entrepreneurs for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of its delivery and revealed within 2 years from that moment in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014. In the case of other entrepreneurs, we are liable in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code. In the case of goods purchased by 31.12.2022, we are liable under the warranty for a defect in the goods if the defect is found before the expiry of 2 years from the date of issue of the goods in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
In the complaint content, indicate what product it concerns and describe the problem. You should also indicate what method of handling the complaint you expect (replacement of goods, repair of goods, refund, price reduction, etc.). 2. Send us the package with the complained goods. Please do not send us parcels with the "cash on delivery" option. Complaints are considered no later than within 14 days from the date of receipt of the complained product.
